Mount Damawand Trekking (Iran)

Internary Tour:

Day 1: will meet you at the international airport in Tehran (IKA airport) and will take you to your hotel.the afternon visiting Terhan City iran ancient National museums Golestan palaces, bazar, overnight hotel.

Day 2 : After breakfast in hotel we will start our trekking tour. We will drive to Polour village to fix our permits we will be staying in the Federation chalet

Day 3: After an early breakfast we prepare our luggage 4x4s and drive to campsite located at 3200 meters. for horses/mules which will carry them to 4200 meters. Afterwards we will start trekking to second camp site at 4200 meters. Overnight in shelter sleeping .(Trekking from Camp 1 to Camp 2 takes usually 4-5 hours).

Day 4 : Acclimatization day on Mount Damavand. After breakfast we start trekking to 5000 meters and descent to our campsite at 4200 meters. Overnight.

Day 5 : Very early in the morning (usually 3-4 a.m, depends on weather condition) we will start trekking to summit of Mount Damavand. Trekking from second camp to summit usually takes 5-7 hours. After reaching summit and short break for taking photos, we will descent to Camp 2 (4200 m). Overnight there.

Day 6 : After an early breakfast we descent to Polour village. and drive to Tehran. Overnight at the hotel.the afternon we will go light hiking in Darband Valley and dinner in beatifull restaurant overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Transfer to Airport. Transfer from the hotel to IKA airport. End of tour. Finish.
